All our items are generally shipped through Canada Post.  Larger items normally include tracking and insurance, smaller items do not unless specified and paid by customer.  International items will only ship after a shipping method is agreed and paid for by the customer.  We will try and find the best price possible however do note that shipping to some far off places worldwide is very expensive for large items.  Items ordered together may ship together where possible, and where applicable shipping charges refunded.

International customers should be aware that Surface Shipping (the lowest cost normally) goes by an actual ship and therefore can takes 8 weeks or more to get to Europe, Asia, or Australasia.  Small items such as Cuffs and Belts normally ship worldwide through Air.  Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.

Returns must be agreed in advance and must include item in perfect and unused condition with all relevant packing.  Any items involving Bespoke or Custom work are non-returnable, as the vast majority of our work is made to order this means that most of our goods are non-returnable.

All payments must be made through PayPal, any refund will be also made through PayPal.  We will only ship to a valid PayPal address.
